How the Program Works?

Distance Montessori Teachers Training Program

Our 1-Year Early Childhood (3-6) Montessori Training Program is designed to be comprehensive, flexible, and fully supported. Here is a step-by-step guide to how your learning journey will unfold.

Step1: Enrollment & NAVTTC Registration

You can enroll at any time of the year—our program is open to everyone, regardless of gender. We recommend a minimum of an intermediate-level education. If you can read and write English, have a passion for Montessori education, and have internet access, you’re ready to begin.

Starting your journey is simple and accessible. You can easily enroll in the program through three convenient methods:

1. Register directly on the PMC Website by clicking here.

2. Call our toll-free helpline at 0800-45555 or Whatsapp on any of these numbers 0322-7886666 / 0321-5232661 / 0305-8540004 / 0332-5232661 / 0300-8544072

3. Visit our office in person. Visit the contact page for addresses.

  • NAVTTC Registration: Upon enrollment, you are officially registered on the NAVTTC portal. This guarantees that you are enrolled in a 1-Year government-recognized Montessori training program.

Step 2: Training Resources & Support

Once enrolled, you will receive all the tools you need to succeed:

  • 12 Training Manuals: You will receive our premium, fully colored Montessori training manuals sent directly to you (delivery depends on your selected payment plan).

  • Online Learning APP: You will get full access to our interactive e-learning platform and mobile app, where you can explore a vast library of training videos and digital resources.

  • Tutorial Support: Dedicated online tutors are assigned to you from day one. Their contact details are sent to you along with your physical manuals so you are never learning alone.

Step 3: Course Content and Duration

The program consists of twelve modules, each supported by a dedicated manual and an assignment. You’ll have up to 12 months to complete the full course, including assignments, projects, and the mandatory 20-day Montessori Practical Training Workshop.

Each module typically takes about a month to complete and includes reading, online lessons, instructional videos, quizzes, and assignment submissions.
Through our Learning Management System, you will gain access to the resources relevant to your current module, with new content unlocking as you progress. Interaction with tutors and fellow trainees is also available through the platform.

Step 4: Your Learning Journey

Your day-to-day coursework combines traditional reading with modern e-learning:

  • Read & Explore: Read through your manuals in order and explore the practical assignments provided at the end of each module.

  • Watch & Review: Log into the e-learning system to review relevant presentations, instructional videos, and digital resources tailored to each specific manual.

  • Connect & Submit: Need help? Contact your tutors anytime for guidance! You can submit your completed assignments either online through the portal or by post.

Step 5: Classes, Workshops (Practicum) & Assessments

Hands-on practice and regular evaluations are a core part of the PMC experience:

  • – Attend Online Classes: Attend module-wise classes online, complete your ongoing assignments, and send them to your tutors (online or via post).

  • – 20-Days Montessori Workshop: Join our mandatory 20-days Montessori workshop once during your course. You can choose to attend at your preferred time and location.

  • – PMC Final Assessment: After completing your 20-days workshop and successfully submitting all module assignments, you will take PMC’s final assessment.

Step 6: Final Certification

Earning your recognized credential:

  • PMC Course Completion Acknowledgment: After completing all the program requirements, PMC grants your official Course Completion ACKNOWLEDGMENT. (Note: This is an acknowledgment, not a certificate, as PMC is not authorized to issue certificates).

  • NAVTTC Examination: Next, you will register for the upcoming official NAVTTC examination and take it on the scheduled date in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

  • Earn Your Certificate: Upon passing the exam, you will receive your government-recognized and internationally valid NAVTTC Montessori Certificate, officially qualifying you as an Early Childhood Montessori educator.
